EasyBooks & Tax Limited (NZ Company number 9318581) “EBTAX” and  "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you subscribe to our accounting services, including any associated website, application, or communication channel (collectively, the "Service").

Your use of any part of our Platforms and/or Services will constitute your consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure, and other uses of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.   • Personal Identification Information: Name, email address, date of birth, phone number, mailing address, IRD number(s), GST numbers, and any other details that you provide to us as part of the service  any other personal information that may be required in order to facilitate your dealings with us.

  • Government Related Identifiers including the anti-money laundering and financing of terrorism act requirements ‘AML/CFT’ 

  • Employee and Contractor Information: Pay rates, IRD numbers, payroll information as required that is provided and used by us as part of the service

  • Business Information: Company name, business address, tax & ACC identification numbers and any other information that may be required in order to facilitate the service

  • Billing Information: Credit/debit card details, billing address, payment history

  • Usage Information: Log files, IP address, browser type, access times, cookies, and referring URLs

  • Communications: Any communications with our Accountants, Bookkeepers, Managers or support team

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
